About me

Most people spend more time learning a language than they need to.

Becoming confident in a second or foreign language takes time, and it takes even longer if you're not sure what to do next. Learners often blindly look for apps, websites, teachers and advice on the internet. While much of it could be potentially useful, it rarely fits your current level or situation. So you keep looking for tools that will work for you, but months and years go by before you start enjoying your new language skills.

There's a faster way: a clear, personal roadmap created for you by a language learning expert. That's what I offer.

What I Offer

  • First Stage: Discovery Call

    During a 60-minute introductory meeting, I learn as many details as possible about your goals in the target language, your journey so far and your learning habits. We go through an extensive list of questions until I get a full picture. And you get to find out if I am an expert you want to work with.

  • Second Stage: Building Your Roadmap

    I send you your personal strategy, that has all the information on what to do, how, when and with whom to reach your goals in language. It takes your current situation, strengths and difficulties, schedule, and budget into account.

  • Third Stage: Consultation

    We meet for another 60-minute session. We go through every point in the roadmap together, and I answer your questions. By the end of the meeting you know your next steps and can start on them right away.

I Know Your Case

I operated a language school for 10 years, where we had a thousand students every year. However unusual your situation may seem, I have most likely seen it and I know what to do with it. Over the years I built connections with tutors, language schools, educational platforms, and developers of language-learning apps. Those connections can now help you.

I myself have a nomad experience in Germany and immigration experience in the United States, where I live and work right now. I know what it’s like to live in a country that speaks a different language.

About my experience

I can help with any European language

The core principle of learning European languages is the same, and they also have the same proficiency requirements, which are set by the Council of Europe (CEFR). So whether you are learning English, German, Italian, Polish or Swedish — I will build a strategy for you to learn it sooner.

Client Stories

Helen is a well-known cosmetologist. She was recently invited to give master classes to international audiences. She was thrilled, but she worried that her English wasn't strong enough, so she started studying medical English with a teacher.

After several months, she still felt far from her goal. She had learned many medical terms, but few were specific to her field. She had rarely spoken about her work in English, so she didn't feel ready to teach. She had also spent a lot of time on pronunciation, which wasn't a good use of effort: it was already good.

With her personal roadmap, Helen now works with a tutor who really specializes in English for her profession. She uses different tools I suggested to her to practice talking about her lectures in real-life situations. She scheduled her first master-class for September 2027. 

Helen, works internationally

Julia is a child psychologist who moved to Czechia three years ago. She wanted to continue her career and work with children there, which required a very high level of Czech. She studied hard, but after two years she still couldn't speak well enough to do her job. She was frustrated, because she had put so much effort into her studies.

When I met Julia, I thought she was every teacher's dream student. She worked hard and doubled her effort on everything she was asked to learn or practice. For example, she only read books in Czech since she had started learning that language.

The problem was that what she practiced at that point did little to improve her speaking. So I built her a roadmap focused on speaking, communication and mediation skills. She reached out to me several months ago to tell she just landed her first Czech client.
